Quick answers

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Subscription. You can cancel anytime — your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you'd rather we handle it, email hello@helpfulamiga.com and we'll cancel for you.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and scroll to the bottom — there's a "Delete account" section. We'll ask you to type your email to confirm, then permanently remove your conversations, journal entries, reminders, and every memory Amiga has of you. If you have an active subscription, we'll cancel it on our end.

I'm not getting reminders or notifications.

Two things to check. First, in Settings → Notifications, make sure notifications are turned on for this device. Second, on iOS you may need to add Helpful Amiga to your Home Screen first (in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen) — Apple only delivers web-app push notifications to installed home-screen apps.

Amiga's voice isn't playing.

Voice playback requires a single tap on the page before audio can start (iOS rule for all websites, not just ours). Tap the microphone or any voice button once, and audio should work for the rest of the session. If it still doesn't play, try refreshing the page.

Is my conversation private?

Yes. Your conversations stay between you and Amiga. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't train AI models on what you tell her. See our full Privacy Policy for the details.

How is billing handled?

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at helpfulamiga.com. You'll see HELPFULAMIGA on your statement. Receipts come from Stripe automatically. Questions or refund requests? Email hello@helpfulamiga.com — we look at every one personally.

If something feels off, broken, or just wrong — please tell us. We'd rather hear it.
